Case study 2

Leon is planning to hold a regular workplace meeting with his colleagues, during which he plans to discuss that staff are unhappy about the fact they are expected to know a lot about different cultures with little training in diversity issues.

There will be 10 staff members present at the meeting. For three of them, English is a second language. Leon is aware that one person attending talks non-stop, if given the chance. One person has been experiencing a lot of stress in their personal life and angers quickly. Another staff member is new and is shy. Two members are part-time and only work in the afternoons.
