Answer: Nutrients is most important for our body as our body needs it on daily basis. One should follow the diet plan according to the RDA standards so that our body can get the optimum amount of nutrients required.

The diet for adult male or female should consists of legumes, beans, lentils, sprouted grams etc.

Atleast intake of 400gm of or fiver serving of fruits daily in which citrus fruits such as orange, sweet lime should be included. Oils such as olive oil, avacado oil etc should be used in minimum quantity and butter should be avoided. Taking whole grain breads are more healthy for the people as compared to white bread. Try to avoid potatoes which includes more carbohydrates. Instead try green vegetables such as spinach, lady finger etc. This contains lots of vitamins and one must include egg in her diet as egg contains almost exact amount of protein that our body needed. So one or two eggs per day is more than sufficient to keep body fit.

Consumption of omega 3 fatty acid is good for skin, body heart. Taking a handful amount of peanuts is good for the evening snacks whereas cottage cheese can be used in the dinner with lots of cabbage and carrots.
