Answer #1

Intake of more aminoacids in our daily diet means, our kidneys have to work harder to to remove them.So in patients with kidney disease ,means more work for the kidneys which have already become incompetent due to the disease condition. This doesnt mean we have to stop taking diets containing more aminoacids ,as these results in malnutrition.Taking foods with high biologic value will help in preserving our kidneys and at the sametime prevents the patient from becoming malnourished.
