     * In the case of typical bacteria it's biological membarine is complex and composed

       of lipids and proteins.

     * If the bacteria culture is tested using change in temperature (15 degree celsius to 37 degree celsius).

       then their membrane adapt to low temperature by increasing the ratio of unsaturated fatty acid to

       saturated fatty acid.

     * This type of adaptation known as homeoviscous adaptation and it help to keep the membrane fluidity.
