Substance abuse is a great threat to the growing society leading to social violence and chronic ill health of addiction.It is better to make heroin costlier in the market ,so that the people who are in low socioeconomic status comes out with symptoms and thrive to get it ,which can be easily noticed by a family member or the community people and can be taken for treatment as per the federal policies.Heavy penalties for who use it below under age or if it is sold under illicit way and causing harm to people's health.Making it higher can segregate which groups use it in larger quantity and health measures can be taken in accordance with it.Health education and awareness has to be done from schools about its harmful effects.The social platforms can be used to educate a mass group in a faster way.This can reduce the number of people using the product in future and strict laws against the manufacturing and distribution of illicit drugs are punishable can bring down its use all time.
