Sonia, who is approaching her third birthday, has always been a small child. It's not surprising since both of her parents are rather short and of a delicate stature. She has been in the 10th percentile for both length-for-age and weight-for-age since birth. What is Sonia’s expected weight on her third birthday if she is maintaining her growth pattern?
