There are many ancient wellness practices that still exists in today's pubic health... it can be said that it has gained more scope as people are interested in ancient health practices in order to improve their life style... let us what are the popular ancient wellness practices are seen in modern society , thye are tai chi, acupuncture, reiki, ayurveda , reflexology , friluftsliv, cupping therapy, laughter therapy etc. Now let us see what has changed , and added up to these techniques. In ancient days , ayurveda, accupressure , acupuncture and reflexology was performed only by monks... but these days we can see that separate spas and centers are built up in order to perform these techniques in comfortable surroundings. In the same way ayurveda hospitals are built and and treatment in given by ayurvedic doctors where as in ancient days monks and priests would provide treatment . Friulftsliv is know as outdoor relationship with nature . Now a days individuals or group set up camps on hills, forest etc on special occasions such as new year etc in order to have touch with nature.
