Convert 20.3 hr to min.

min ← hr    ( x by 60 )

20.3 hr x 60 = 1,218 min

Convert 0.00038 kL to mL.

mcL ← mL ← L ← kL    ( x by 1,000 )

0.00038 kL x 1,000 x 1,000 = 380 mL

380 ml/ 1218 min X 9 gtts/ml = 3 gtts/min
