1)Some of the soft skills which are very essential when working with patients and team members are

  • Communication skill
  • Team player
  • Time management
  • Ability to dral with pressure

2)Communication is the basis of health care sector in treating patients. A good and professional communication improve the quality of care delivered .Patients feel free to express their problems and get appropriate care.Between healthcare professionals it improves the standard of care delivered at right time by coordination

A health care professional cannot work as an single individual in treating and caring A patient rather it is a team work.There will be great interruption UN the service provided when there us no team work, because every one depends on each other

Time the most life saving thing in this field.Every work has to be planned ,strategized and implemented to manage time effectively. Because every single seconds are considered to be valuable and precious. Sometimes working more than the hour will be needed

There will be lot of pressure in this field , so to manage this Empathy and sympathy is particularly needed in this sector to take care of a patient ,without this skill A patients pain or situation cannot be understood and may lead to burden or pressure on us during caring for ghem

4)To improve communication skill speak in the language The other understand,be slow ,audible, mind body language, be specific, stay on topic,maintain dye contact develop writing skills ,listen ,establish relationship

To improve as a Team player be friendly ,flexible,discuss and take decision, communicate eith each other,respect others

To improve time management plan before starting the work,schedule it,recheck and implement

The pressure in the work can be controlled by systematic planning, getting support of others during critical scenarios and in emergency.
