b) This limiting reactant limits the amounts of products formed.

c) This limiting reactant leads to the formation of smallest amount of product.

d) and this limiting reactant is completely consumed during any chemical reaction.

Therefore option 1st, 2nd. 4th and 5th are correct.

We cannot say that limiting reactant is present in the smallest mass. It is depend on compound and mass of reactant you used.

Therefore, option 3rd is incorrect.
