Carbohydrate

Total gm of carbohydrates from 3 day analysis= 137.34

1 gm Carbohydrate= 4 calories

137.34 × 4 = 549. 36gm calories from carbohydrate

549.36 / 1347.7 × 100 = 40.76℅ calories from carbohydrate

No not within AMDR recommendation for carbohydrate.

To meet the recommended requirement carbohydrate intake should be increased by atleast 5℅-25℅ to reach 45-65℅

Fiber

Total 3 day intake 10. 84

10. 84 / 1347.7 × 1000= 8.04 gms per 1000 calories

NO recommended intake not met, it is less than the recommended intake of 14 per 1000 calories

To meet the recommendation, fiber intake should be increased by atleast 6 gm

Fat
