fat each gm given 9 calories

protein eachgm given 4calories

a healthy female intake in diet daily average 225 - 335 gm carbohydrates and fat 44 - 77 gm and protein 50 -170 gm daily intake....if female taken alchohal like beer 355 ml weekly intake...

1 carbohydrates 300 × 3 = 900 total gm = 3600 calories

2 fat 70 x 3 = 210 total gm = 1890 calories
