Methamphetamine is a stimulant, who stimulates the Central nervous system. It is otherwise known as a psychomotor stimulant. The overdose of methamphetamine can leads to Physical aggression, confusion, paranoia, and Hallucination which is harmful to patient as well as other family members.

The overdose also shows some common signs like chest pain, GI pain, Arrhythmia, Tachycardia, tachypnea, dyspnea, and tremor but sometimes it leads to seizure, loss of consciousness, coma, cardiac arrest, and death. Signs and symptoms depends on the amount of methamphetamine overdose so, patient with methamphetamine overdose always needs hospitalization.
