Answer: Stridor Is the lung sound that is described as a high pitched musical sound. These sound is caused during the inspiration. The inspiration process indulge the sound of wheezing.

Jugular vein distension is assessed by laying the patient in a comfortable position, the right side of the neck, vein is observed, the bulging of vein indicate the jugular vein distension.

In the normal condition the vien is not bulged and the flow of the blood through vein is normal.

The one of the condition which causes jugular vein distension is due to increased pressure of superior vena cava.

Jaundice is the liver disease where the liver doesn't perform it's function normally. The symptoms are:

  • Pale skin
  • Pale nails
  • Vomiting
  • Indigestion
  • Weakness
  • Fatigue.
