there are two types of vitamins - vitamins that are soluble in fat and vitamins that are soluble in water.

vitamins that are soluble in fat are - vitamin A, D, E, and K. vitamins that are soluble in water are vitamin B and C.

the first structure is of vitamin B3 i.e. niacin, which is water-soluble whereas the following 3 structures are of fat-soluble vitamins D, A, and E respectively.
