Answer #1

Answer: The main aim of the office staff is to provide the better information about the appointment. They should notify the patient through calls , mails or message regarding the appointment date and time.

The office staff should not exceed to their limits. The work limit is to provide better opportunities to the patient regarding health care. They should not cross sell other services, but if their is any healthcare services regarding the same hosohosp and it is going to benefit the patients then they must ensure that all the information should be provided. Afterwards it only depends upon the patient to accept the policy or not. But rather than this the should not go for their own benefit and business.
