Due to rising out of pocket costs of health care spending many individuals skipping medical care and approaching delay treatment, it impacts their quality of life. This is due to the increased cost of care. Health care cost increases their pocket money spending. because of the high US health care cost spending US economy went down and many of them lost their jobs, raised health care cost percentage increased the Gross Domestic product and it made barrier and affected individual Americans for their meaningful healthcare. It affected Individual consumers with median-income out of pocket spendings like copays, deductible, prescription drugs, employees health insurance premium sharing, part of family federal and state taxes going to government health programs
