PATIENT SATISFACTION AND PATIENT OUTCOMES :

Patient satisfaction is defined as it is a common indicator used to measure quality of patient health care, and it affects on clinical practice outcomes, malpractices in medical side and focus on delivering patient centered quality health care.

Patient outcomes are based on the delivered care to the patients by medical professionals during the hospital stay. Outcomes depends on quality of care provides and in turn patient responses to that given health care.

- Both patient satisfaction and patient outcomes are measured to improve health care practices towards patients seeking medical and nursing needs. Outcomes of data can be taken by feed back from the patients.While working in practicum setting it is important to gather patient satisfaction experience and outcomes in the form of written data
