You are a nursing director in your current employment setting and a strong believer in employee empowerment. Several years ago, a shared governance model was implemented in your organization but it has failed to engage the staff. You are shocked to find that staff have answered most questions with either a 1 (decisions are made by nursing management only) or 2 (with some staff input).

Ans1: It is really surprising that a shared governance model implementation in our organisation is fail , because our organisation at least think about shared governance model but it is fail .After thinking from the conversation with other member organisation, i am suprising because according to him there is proper implementation ,proper support from all other member organisation still it is fail.

Ans2:. It is very essential that before implementation of shared governance model ,a person should be capable of taking proper or appropriate decision at any situation for that proper training should be required under their senior take care .After proper trainings when employee capable ,at that time if these share governance model is passed than it is definitely passed so my first step is to increase the capability in the employee so they easily face problem and take decision itself in any circumstances.

Ans3: According to me a there is a requirement of a stake holder which should take care the rights of every employee in the organisation and also decide a particular right for organisation in the organisation ,these stake holders play a very important in employment empowerment.
