The issue is stress, in today's world stress is the common factor which everyone faces in their life . Even the small children's have stress related to their studies etc . Many of the stress is caused by themselves only like for example - if you don't get the thing at correct time you get upset ,shout ,take tension , pressurizing children's to get good marks like other students in the batch which leads to stress in them etc. Health education is an essential teaching platform which provides knowledge about what to do , how to do ,solve all doubts and queries by having a open interactive session between educator and population .
