Answer #1

Answer: If the abortion is legal then the mother has right to have abortion. Women has right to terminate the pregnancy if there is any harm to the child or the mother.

Father can have objection on the abortion but he may also opt out as if he is not interested to indulge in the process. There is not any kind of mandatory regulation for the father consent. The first person to take decision is the mother who can choose for the abortion.
