Answer #1

A graph of increasing response to increasing drug concentration or dose is graded dose- response curve.

a.Efficacy: The ability of the drug to illicit a physiologic response when it interacts with a receptor is called efficacy .Efficacy is represented by Emax(maximal response). Graded dose response curve allows determination of efficacy.

b.The level of physiological response to different drug concentrations are provided by graded dose response curve .

c.Median effective dose in a population to achieve a given response is provided by quantal dose effect curves. So this is not provided by graded dose response curve.
