The nursing profession requires right direction since that it can improve the outcomes of positive results. The standard provides a kind of framework to implement better care. The nursing practice enhances the quality of care provided to the patients.

The safety standards (QSEN) involves patient centered care, evidence based practice, safety procedures etc. These standards enhances the quality of care. This improves the ways through which medical errors can be reduced. QSEN is used in the healthcare organizations to uplift the care and treatment facilities.
