Question 10. Look for ways to keep up with the production while you attend the training.

I will keep up with the production while attending the training as both activities are important. Keeping up with the production is the immediate goal and training will give long-term benefits. Other options are not advisable, as only focusing on current production may impact long term production goals. At the same time, attending the training will result in falling behind of the current production target.

Question 12. Think of other ways to move the equipment.

In case the operator is on vacation, I will think of other ways to move the equipment. I will not ask other group members to carry the equipment as they may be busy in their own activities. I will not run the machinery myself at the risk of causing injury or damage to the equipment. Telling engineering that the operator is on vacation is also not an option.
