Answer: Non-verbal communication consists of pitch of the voice as high pitch is mainly considered to be informal, speed, tone and volume of voice, gestures and facial expressions.The body posture, stance, and proximity to the listener, eye movements and contact, and dress and appearance.

Verbal communication includes changes of views and ideas. It includes exchange of ideas and views.

During communication behaviours is being noticed as while communicating eye contact is important as it shows the confidence that person is listening and giving attention to the speaker. But if eye contact is not made during conversation and the listener is not concentrating. This shows that listener is not interested in communication.
