1)Puberty is considered as the period where maturity occurs in children and they develop the ability of reproduction.

It girls it occur between the ages of 10-14 and for boys it occurs between 12 -16.

Puberty is a natural process for maturity.GnRH is the barometres which is the trigger for puberty.

It happens because the release of harmones such as GnRH harmones which will stimulate pitutary galnd and stimulate FSH and LH.This harmones start puberty.
