Provider are liable for there negligence because when a patien is come to doctor office then he/she have full faith on doctor that doctor treat him/her with best treatment and he/she give full concent and do all effeort in testing to help doctor and inspite of that if doctors aur any medical staff do negligence then he/she(health providers) is responsible for the error and

If negligence is so big that if it is not reversible yhen doctor aur gealth care provider should be punishable

For example if patient have cancer in right testis and under negligence surgen cut left testiis then he/she should be punishable
