as you have a perfect vision when the light enters your eye forms an image at the retina.

in nearsightedness, the image is formed in front of retina . to cure nearsightedness diverging lens is used to focus the image at the retina.

if a perfect vision person uses a concave lens then the image won't form in the retina. it will form behind the retina. so you can not see the image as your friend. because the friend has already nearsightedness defect. if she wore the lens image in her eye will form at the retina. and she can see the perfect image.​perfect eye Nearsightedness eye perfect eye after wearing concave lens nearsightedness eye afterwearing concave lens
