My friend Rahma's uncle is at the Providence Hospital for cancer treatment now and his Social worker is Sahra. My friend told me how Sahra is a very caring, loving, and a compassion person. So, then she recommended me to interview Sahra and to find out why she chose this field of work and what she loves about this work. I learn that Social work is very rewarding and tough job. Its a tough because you have to take care of people with all kinds of health issues and needs even thoug it doesn't pay well. What I really loved about this job was that fact that you are helping hospice patients in their final moment in life.

The social workers need to have a leadership qualities such as effective communication skills. This is most important as it reduces the barriers of misunderstanding. It also enhances the outcomes as it clarifies the teaching to the patients and people. The social worker job is tough and requires lots of zeal. I learn that Social work is very rewarding and tough job. Its a tough because you have to take care of people with all kinds of health issues and needs even though it doesn't pay well. What I really loved about this job was that fact that you are helping hospice patients in their final moment in life. Providing better care, counselling as well as empathy requires much consideration as to implement it on the care giving process.
