I NEED A RESPONSE TO THE DISCUSSION BELOW.

PART I

It is beneficial for women in today's society to have such laws because it essentially helps ensure/protect the moms whom are breastfeeding their children. I am not a mother but I there are many babies within my family therefore I do know that it is extremely convenient for mothers to be able to breastfeed openly, so these laws are placed in order to provide mothers with consolation-to understand that she will not be dismissed from certain places. Additionally, these laws permit the mother whom are still breastfeeding to return to work and still pump if necessary. These specific laws are quite significant in terms of protecting the breastfeeding mother from any potential antagonistic behavior from other employers/managers. Despite the fact that these laws mirror a decent beginning on the subject of breastfeeding, there should still be some tweaking; for instance, it should not make any difference what number of representative's are inside the working environment. I completely support breastfeeding laws and think that its a dismal critique on society that we rebuff ladies who choose to breastfeed their children yet at the same time need to continue to work to appropriately provide for their child/children.

PART II

After reading "Breastfeeding During Military Deployment" I was amazed at Captain B's patience, steadiness and strength. It is crazy that she did not at least receive the full year/year and a half after conceiving her baby. It sort of hurt to hear how much of a struggle it was for her to only continue breastfeeding for her baby... This story alone demonstrates the penance administration/service individuals experience.

Answer #1

Answer: For infants and newborn, breast feeding is most important because it contains all the nutrients which is needed by the infants for growth and development. The laws which permits mothers to breastfeed their babies is important. It provides platforms for the working mothers to indulge in their work while taking care of their babies. Society should favor this law and support to reduce the disparities. These laws not only help the women but also provides protection.

I need a response to the discussion below. Part 1: Women experience higher rates of abuse or intimate partner violence because of a long history of societal gender "roles" and "norms". Women were traditionally/historically looked at as homemakers who serve their male partner or husband. Men were traditionally considered to be the head of the household and women were to listen to them, even if they were being abusive. Women often did not speak out about being abused because they...

I need a reply to this discussion topic below. There is definitely a trend of domestic violence and abuse against women who are dependents. Perhaps these women are uneducated, unemployed or in jobs that make them vulnerable and desperate. These women could be drug/alcohol addicted, working as strippers or prostitutes. There is someone else that has power over them, mentally and financially, giving these women no voice, no defense and complete dependency on someone who could inflict harm if they are...

David’s Story “Life is difficult.” I once read these three trivial words in a book, but never knew how true to life and impactful they would be until one fateful fall evening. Before I begin, let me back up and tell you more about who I am and how I got here. I am a Caucasian male raised in a small conservative town in Maine by hard-working middle-class parents.
