An interesting question based on basic concept.

We know that absorptivity constant inversely proportional to the concentration. Therefore, if absorptivity constant is more concentration is less.

But, for Kc, as we know that this is equilibrium constant and does not depend on the initial concentration, therefore, Kc value will remain unaffected in present question.
