Solution,

Pressure, P1 = (25 x 9.8)/(pi/4) x 0.1^2 = 31.24 kN/m^2

Pressure, P2 = F/A = m2 g/ (pi/4) d^2

Diameter, d = sqrt(4 m2 g/P2 pi)

d = sqrt[(4 x 1900 x 9.8)/(31242 pi)] = 0.87 m
