V4 = q4 /c4 = 6/3.6 = 1.67 V

charge through C3

q3 = 13 - 6 = 7 uC

since, C3 and C4 are in parallel so voltage must be same across them

q3/c3 = v4

7 / c3 = 1.67

c3 = 4.2 uF

V1 = V - V2 - V4

V1 = 10.5 - 13 / 2.8 - 1.67

13 / c1 = 4.187

c1 = 3.1 uF
