for example, ambulance services provided by Northern Ireland provide ambulance care training to the health care professionals from all the areas of health care, regardless of their specialization in a particular section of health management, for example, nurses, paramedical staff, etc. in this institution the teachers provide quality education to the trainee by providing a high level of knowledge, they enhance trainee by providing and applying different methodology and different style of learning, it helps in overall growth of trainee and also implementation of the services provided by the trainees to the patient will have quality instead of quantity.

It develops by reading literature, attending educational class and correlating them with a logical approach and concise thinking.

3. Converging

This type of learning develops from doing experimental things, exploring ideas.

4.  Accommodating

This type of learning develops from combining practical and theoretical experiences.

we learn the things quickly by listening to it, for example, if a teacher teaches in a class and explains by giving examples, those examples get set in our mind and the learning becomes easier.

3. logical

learning comes by doing the things on our own, we used to solve problems by logical thinking.

4. writing

we learn things more quickly by writing it regularly, for example, a nurse learns hoe to write nurses note by writing it daily.

these styles of learning can be used by any individual in order to regain the things in his mind for a longer period of time, also it is important for the clinic staff members to learn the things which are to be used on the daily basis of patient care , it will enhance in providing quality care and also it saves time .
