1. In order to make a clear line of communication with the families to ensure the diverse learning, one can do various things like -talking with honesty, show them that their inputs and opinions are important, make a comfort level with them, start with general topics rather than any sensitive topic.

2. There are various challenges while communicating with families of different culture like first and most important way of communicating, their attitude towards any problem, approaches, ideas, values and their rigidity.

3. There are various methods to promote the diversity in the classroom, but one of the most important is Classroom Interaction, group work and peer learning. Hanum (2016) stated that interaction is the need of any classroom whether it is earlier classes or higher classes, which is the reason that a term ‘Productive talk’ is being introduced so that the students can interact and learn through peer learning. Activities like this or academic activities in this form can be helpful in promoting diversity.

Example - Activity Name- Picture description - Goal – To facilitate acceptance towards the group.

Description-

Teacher or the facilitator needs to bring the variety of the daily routine pictures in the classroom with which students can easily relate. Divide the classroom into groups as per strength and convenience level, Give each group a picture and ask them to discuss about the given pictures in their respective groups in the given time. Give them 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, instruct them that they have to come at the front group wise, and each member of the group will describe something related to the picture. They will process the visual cues and utilize their ability to speak to the class.
