Look through the different approaches to tort reform (you may also find or propose other approaches) and tell us which approach you would be most likely to support and which you would be least likely to support and why. How do you think this approach would limit malpractice suits or lower damages? Are you missing any important information that would help you make a more informed decision?

The approach which I like the most and support is giving punishment for the tort . Healthcare workers are there to take care of the patients not to cause harm . So ,in my opinion if any body is seen neglecting or malpracticing will be given punishment like suspension for months , holding salary so that they don't repeat this in future due to the fear of the punishment .

The approach which I least like is the apologize approach because by just apologizing you can't reverse back the harm you don to the patient ,also punishy can't but atleast to prevent the repetition of this in future giving punishment or putting fine is better the approach .

Due to the fear of the punishment ,like suspension , putting fine , holding salary etc would be limit malpractice suits or lowers the damages caused to patients .
