It is also helpful for patients' treatment, followup, adherence, health promotion, communication, health education, and gathering information, marketing, customer care support, etc. Public health programs connect each other by social media for education and solve health issues. It also provides disaster and emergency response and preparedness for CDC and preventive service task force. It also protects patient privacy, quality care and time-saving for patients and health care professionals.
