# Saturated fat is Hydrocarbon chain, most significant dietary cause of artery clogging high LDL cholesterol, believed to contribute to cancer onset, found in the following:-

Lard, beef fat, chicken fat, suet, cream, butter, cheese, whole milk, eggs, pal and palm kernel oil, coconut fat, hydrogenated shortenings and margarines, and chocolate.

# Carbohydrate is one of the macronutrient which is required for the proper growth and development of a human being .

# Cardiovascular disease are the heart and blood vessel disease related to a process called Atherosclerosis. One of the most type of heart disease in US is Coronary Artery Disease ( CAD ) .

Eating high amounts of saturated fat is harmful for hearts health . It gets accumulated in the blood vessels supplying to the heart and hinder the blood supply leading to decreased oxygen supply to the myocardial cells and ischemia occurs .

Atherosclerotic plaque is the most common form of heart disease caused by excessive fat accumulation and it further leads to Myocardial Infarction .

- coconut oil and palm oil are high in saturated fats and raise cholesterol .

- eggs have a serum cholesterol raising effect

- juicing of fruits , vegetables with pulp removal increases calorie concentration

- added fats ,oils fried foods , organs , processed meat , sugar sweatened drinks

> Beneficial foods :-

- use of extra virgin olive oil for cooking reduces cholesterol

- blueberries and strawberries induce protective antioxidants

- eating green leafy vegetables

- using protein based protein
