Table salt contains sodium which is a micro nutrient and cannot provide energy,iron supplements to increase the heame portion of the blood .Aminoacid are one which is a product of protein which is can give energy to body, vitamin D has a natural tendency to provide energy when sunlight penetrates the skin, calcium also acts in the regulation of energy
