Answer: Wisdom is the combination of the strength, knowledge, experience, understanding as well as insights. Wisdom comes from knowledge as person gains from experiences, education etc. It generally doesn't have much to do with the older age. Because sometimes most of the people due to their experiences, situation in their life make them more wise as compared to the older ones. So, it is important that what kind of life experiences the person had or having. There is virtues of wisdom. One can't just buy it, it usually comes from the understanding.

Having wisdom means having courage, avoiding conflicts and making good decisions for others too. So, in the United States wisdom is considered to have a good virtue as compared to the world's culture. It enhances the experiences and knowledge that the person has.
