What constitutional right do you see, or experience, being used most often in your life. Discuss how or why this right is so readily applied while other rights may be less often experienced.
The constitutional right that I see and experience, being used most often in my life is The right of choosing religion, right to speech and press. This is because is directly connects with the people's way of living, their ideals in life, what the want to follow, what their thoughts are and to express them via speech. The first thing in the morning a person needs is a newspaper where the press plays a very important role. This right is related to the lives of almost all the people in the world. Where they can speak what they want express their thoughts and share them with anyone freely. The other rights may be less often experienced as they might jot directly relate to each and every individual of the place. Also, might not be in day to day use of the people as much as this right is. People can preach any god because of this. People can share their opinions because of this. And this makes it so readily applied in every scenario while other rights might apply in a particular situation or to some groups although being for everyone.
