Yes nurses believe in ethical concerns related  to bursing informatics. confidentiality and patient privacy may be compromised in practising health informatics as the information is available to almost everyone including physicians, nurses, other clinicians, clerks, coders, managers, information technology staff, insurance personnel, the government, patients, vendor staff, and even patients themselves. Health information exists not only in an institution’s electronic medical records but is also made available through health information exchanges, personal health records, and patient portals.

sharing every information may be embarrassing for someone that may harm them psychologically so issue of maleficance rather beneficiance occurs.

accurate documentation is necessary Because if used carelessly , shortcuts can result in inaccurate notes and may create legal liability problems.

A computer used for documentation in the exam room can act as a barrier between provider and patient. Patients may  feel physicians interact more with the computer than with them may feel alienated and consequently decline to share important concerns
