45-65% carbohydrates=1246- 1800 calories / day.(2769.8*45/100 to 2769.8*65/100)

b.Carbohydrates provide 4 calories per gram.

c.To calculate carbohydrates 45-65% of the calories should be divided by 4.

45-65% = 311 - 450 grams /day carbohydrates should be taken by Mr.J.R

4.a . 20-35%fats = 553- 969 calories /day. (2769.8*20/100 to 2769.8*35/100)

b.Fats provide 9 calories per gram.

c.To calculate fats 20-35% of the calories should be divided by 9.

20-35%=61- 107 grams/ day fat should be consumed by Mr.J.R

5.a.Energy needs 1ml per calorie = 2769.8 ml water is needed.=2.7 litres of fluid is needed to be consumed.

b.Body weight = 25ml /kg =2769.8/25= 3.4 ml of fluid Mr.J.R needs for every calorie Mr.J.R ingests.

c.Age / gender daily fluid need for Mr. J.R is about 2.8 litres and in days he do exercises extra of 0.7 L should be needed.
