Answer #1

As per the formula 1520.248kcal/day is the calorie requirements.

Body fat calculation requires additional input like waist, forearm, wrist and hip size. But ideally essential fat percentage is 10-12% and on average its 25-31% for women. As per the given weight and height it could be between 20-25%

Its is recommended that carbohydrates comprises 40-75% of daily calories. As per the current weight Katherine requires 1,984 calories for the weight maintenance.40% means 212gm,55% means 291gm,65% means 344gms and 75% means 397 gm.The institute of medicine recommend American and Canadian adults to get 45-55% from dietary carbohydrate.FAO and WHO on the other hand recommends 55-75% from carbohydrates.

For weight loss of 1 pound 1,484 calories of carbohydrates consumption.

considering around 1200 calories intake is the daily intake, around 750-800calories intake should be there for a weight loss of 2 pounds.

This is the standard level recommended by WHO,FAO and all other institute so it's better to follow them.
