Finding X using time weighted return

1+ 0% = 12/ 10 * ( X / 12 +X)

X = 60

Let dollar weighted return be Y

Y = X- 10 - X / (10 + (60* 1/2)) = - 25%

Dollar weighted rate of return = -25%
