      Barriers in life is necessary for the growth and upliftment of a person personally, professionally, spiritually or socially.The barriers can be of two types; emotionally and spiritally. It is necessary for the individualls to overcome barriers which aids them overall development like personal, success in career, maintaintaining good relationship with people.

   The practitioners have their own beliefs, strengths, values and practices to achieve their goal. All people have the right to be treated with respect in terms of privacy, age, gender, confidentially,doccumentation and so on. Mental health practitioners should also respect the culture ,customs, religion and staus of a person. He also should respect human rights and human differences of people in families, communities. The support given by the practitioner can help individuals speed recovery. The attitude can reflect on person's behaviour. For instance, positive approach towards a person with any of the disabilities. The practitioner should be approachable, open minded, positive, empathetic, caring and efficient in his skills.
