Challenges come up in front of everything and the ability to tackle and face the challenge is the ultimate work. Continuity of care faced challenges when they deal with the teenager groups . For teenagers life is full of lavishness ,parties , not listening to anyone , use of drugs etc, for them everything is their peergroup and they don't even listen to their parents . They won't listen to or act according to the health care team . It's a difficult task but a resolvable one by using our major strategy of therapeutic relationship . By using the therapeutic relationship both the people will come to know about each other more nicely and enable the patient to express their feelings and concerns . It helps to know about the behavior of the patient and how to involve them in the planning phase of intervention. All this helps to face this challenge in a well organized way and the problem is resolved .
