Answer: The effect of energy drink on the body depends upon the kind of energy drink and its nutritional value. Some of the energy drinks contain caffeine and too much caffeine intake causes a diseased condition in our body as it is harmful for us. It also causes serious heart problem, increased blood pressure etc and also the risk of type 2 diabetes increases on the daily consumption of energy drinks. Most of the energy drinks contain sugar or artificial sweeteners which is not at all recommended for daily use as more than its benefit it has lots of disadvantages. High amount of sweeteners along with the flavoring agent causes much more harm to our body.

People should avoid the drinks which contain a high amount of sugar or caffeine to stay healthy. Children and pregnant women should also avoid energy drinks, especially which are stored in conditions and available in the market. Many of the energy drinks can be homemade and those are the best way to consume for good health. Most of the drinks contain flavoring agents that do not have much nutritional value. It also affects the growth and development of the infants.
