Discuss the organizations that provide quality performance measures.

Quality performance measures are an integral part of an organization to produce products and services at good quality. The main purpose of having quality performance measures is to assist the management to identify any grey area that needs to be addresses. In other words, the quality performance measures help the management in monitoring the progress of the process and identifying any bottlenecks. The bottlenecks are then removed to produce goods and services with good quality. It is a detailed quantitative and qualitative descriptor of the process. The quality performance measures in an organization can be done with the help of the tools like Balanced Scorecard, Business Process Reengineering, Benchmarking, Total Quality Management, and Management by Objectives, etc. These are all means to achieve continuous improvement. The end result of implementing quality performance measures is that it meets or exceeds the customer requirements. The organization’s deliverables are almost consistent with the quality parameters.
