Ordered Amoxicillin 0.25 g PO three times daily

PO means orally

1 g = 1000 mg

Hence 0.25 g= 250 mg

Available Amoxicillin= 125 mg/5 ml

Means 25 mg/ml

Hence for ordered dose i.e. 250 mg Amoxicillin required ml= 250/25 ml = 10 ml three times a day should be administered to fulfill the order.

Means 10x3 = 30 ml for entire day
